8 Benefits of Intuitive Visualisation

Creative visualisations activate the imagination.

It allows the right brain to engage in an experience through seeing it, feeling it and believing it.

It is a type of mental rehearsal.

If you can imagine it, you CAN create it.

Because your mind knows no difference between what is real and what is imagined.

When we imagine, our mind and body responds like it is really happening.

So when you activate it in your inner world it literally comes to life in your outer world.

Because your very powerful subconscious starts to seek out opportunities that match that vision you have, that may have passed you by before through fear and feelings of not being good enough.

The more you visualise what you want with crystal clear clarity, the more you believe it is already part of reality and becomes part of your programming.

It is that simple.

A very famous man call Albert Einstein once said:

“Imagination is more important than knowledge for knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world and all there ever will be to know and understand”. “Logic”, he added, “will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere… It is the preview of life’s coming attractions”.

So what are the benefits?

1 Self Belief. It allows you to build your confidence and self belief by imagining a successful outcome before it has happened and the body responds and re-enforces this by believing it before it has happened in the outside world. Practicing visualising long term will leave you feeling happy and more confident to move forward.

2 Intuition. Visualisation allows you to connect with the right brain and the feeling side of your body. Intuition is a system that relies on a feeling and not the not thinking. By trusting the answers that come through, it can help you move forward with an issue or problem you have been experiencing because when you are relaxed, you will receive insights and ideas to problems you have. Always go with your first reaction to images and feelings in a visualisation and try not to question or invalidate your experience as this is overthinking from the left side of the brain which can limit us.

3 Opens Up a World of Opportunity. Visualising the future is just one type of visualisation, I use many to help with confidently making decisions, see what is blocking you moving forward and harnessing the energy of words and images are all techniques I use them to connect to your intuition through visualisation. It empowers you to take your power back and move forward.

4 Gets You To Where You Want To Go. When you vividly imagine something, it triggers the subconscious and moves you closer to your vision.

5 You Are Already Doing It! Every time you daydream or think about the future, you are visualising. Unfortunately, many of us do it when we have anxiety or worry about something that is in the future which can leave us feeling powerless. When we empower ourselves to think about the things we want to think about and how we want to feel, we are taking our power back!

So try changing ‘What might go wrong’? into ‘What will go right?’.

‘I can’t do this’ to ‘I can do this’.

I have a self belief visualisation that can help you take your power back and believe that you can do this!!

6 If it’s Good Enough for World Performing Athletes then its Good Enough for You!

Athletes, movie stars, rappers and high performing business people all use the power of visualisation aka mental rehearsal.

Kanye West once said ‘Before I had it, I closed my eyes and imagined..’.

7 Heart Connection -You Reach a Higher State of Mind. When you visualise, you produce alpha waves which are incredibly good for you and help give you clarity of thought. With practice, you will be able to see your life from a higher perspective, a bird’s eye view. You will feel more in tune with your intuition and you will start leading a heart led life where all your decision making and action will come through the heart meaning you will make more decisions from love not fear.

8 Its Symbolic. The way I use creative visualisations when working with a client, is interpreting the symbolic imagery that comes up through guidance and coaching. This helps reveal insights and clarity to a decision or a block and can help you move forward with confidence.
